Here you can find some samples of my work. Various types of handmade Epos pipes and e-pipes

  • Morta Mariasch e-pipe

    Morta Mariasch e-pipe

The Morta Mariasch e-pipe, like my previous pipe mod, is handcrafted from 3,000-year-old morta wood, also known as bog oak. This particular piece is the last one I managed to create from the log I had in my workshop. I have to say, I really enjoy working with this kind of material — and it certainly won’t be the last time I use it for an e-pipe.

Shaped in a poker style from the sitter family, the Morta Mariasch e-pipe features a naturally black bowl. Its brushed surface enhances the distinctive grain of the oak. For contrast, I used Algerian briar for the fire button, and added a stainless steel ring to accent the shank.

The KHW Mods Dvarw MTL clone tank and the amber stem used on this e-pipe are the same as those featured in my previous model. I just can’t help it — I think the warm amber color pairs beautifully with the dark morta wood.

This mechanical e-pipe is powered by a single 18350 Li-ion battery.

  • Amber Whiff e-pipe

    Amber Whiff e-pipe

The Amber Whiff e-pipe is crafted from a beautiful piece of 3,000-year-old morta wood. The wood came into my hands a few months ago, and I decided to build at least three e-pipes from it. Unfortunately, the first one cracked during the shaping process, which discouraged me from starting another right away.

After some time passed, I gave it another try — and the Amber Whiff e-pipe turned out beautifully. This classic billiard-shaped e-pipe, naturally black due to the morta wood, looks best with a brushed finish. The amber stem, used for the first time in my workshop, complements the pipe perfectly.

For the fire button, I chose a piece of cherry wood, and I paired the pipe with a black clone of the KHW Mods Dvarw MTL atomizer with 2ml capacity. I would have loved to use the original Dvarw, but it wasn’t available in black — which I believe is a must for this setup. The tank is accented with a stainless steel ring.

  • PiratePal e-pipe

    PiratePal e-pipe

PiratePal e-pipe is my second creation in the classic billiard shape. I handcrafted this pipe mod from Algerian briar and made two custom stems for two different tanks.
The first tank is the golden Vandy Vape Berserker Mini MTL RTA, and the second one is the golden OFRF Gear RTA.
For the fire button, I once again used contrasting wenge wood, which adds a distinctive touch.

This pipe mod is powered by a single 18350 battery cell.

  • Moonshine Brandy e-pipe

    Moonshine Brandy e-pipe

Moonshine Brandy e-pipe features a shape I really like — the classic brandy style. I had never made this shape before, so I thought it would be a great idea to try one. I had a beautiful piece of Algerian briar in my workshop that had been waiting for just such an opportunity.

As with my Great Rift pipe mod, I wanted to incorporate the rough outer surface of the wood in some way. It turned out that the tank connection area was the perfect spot for this detail on the Moonshine Brandy e-pipe.

For the fire button, I used wenge wood, which contrasts nicely with the color of the bowl. The tank shown here is the Berserker Mini RTA (not included).

This electronic pipe is powered by a single 18350 battery cell (also not included).

  • Professore e-pipe

    Professore e-pipe

I was aiming to build a truly classic-looking pipe mod. The Professore e-pipe is as close as possible to a billiard-type pipe. For the pipe bowl, I chose old oak wood, even though classic pipes are usually made from briar. I can’t help myself—I really love its grain. I also used a bubinga wood insert right beneath the Joyetech Cubis 2 MTL tank to create a better contrast between the bowl and the tank. The fire button is made of wenge wood, which somehow reminds me of the tobacco pressed in the chamber. I applied several different stains to accentuate the wood grain and finished it with carnauba wax. The battery chamber in the Professore e-pipe is designed for one 18350 battery cell.

  • Great Rift e-pipe

    Great Rift e-pipe

While shaping the Great Rift e-pipe, I was especially focused on incorporating rough, natural outer surface of the briar into final design of the pipe mod.

The bowl is accented with bubinga and wenge wood rings, adding contrast and character. I equipped this e-pipe with a Vandy Vape Berserker Mini MTL RTA 2ml tank—which, in my opinion, was in that time one of the best tanks in the MTL category.

To bring out the briar’s natural grain, I applied several different stains to pipe bowl. This is also the first pipe I’ve finished with a shellac coating.

  • Rhodesian LOTR e-pipe

    Rhodesian LOTR e-pipe

A friend of mine had chopped down an old cherry tree, and I was curious to see how well the wood would work for an e-pipe. Around that time, a customer asked me to create a small pipe mod with a classic design—and the Rhodesian LOTR e-pipe was the result.

I shaped the bowl in the traditional Rhodesian style and accented it with a stainless steel ring. This mod is equipped with a black Joyetech Elitar MTL atomizer, which, in my opinion, pairs beautifully with the polished steel.

I left the wood in its natural color, finished it with several layers of oil, and added partial rustication for texture. The final polish was done with carnauba wax.

  • Volcano Hunter e-pipe

    Volcano Hunter e-pipe

I had been struggling to design a pipe that could accommodate a long atomizer. On a typical (classic) pipe, mounting a 50 mm atomizer tends to look quite awkward.

But there is one style of pipe that can handle even longer ones—German hunting pipes. They turned out to be the perfect inspiration for this challenge.

I combined that concept with a Vulcano shape, and the result is the Volcano Hunter e-pipe.

It’s made from Algerian briar and accented with bubinga wood inserts. The mod is equipped with the Ubertooth Uta2 RTA atomizer. The wood features a light orange stain and a smooth carnauba wax finish.

  • Little Bastard e-pipe

    Little Bastard e-pipe

The Little Bastard e-pipe is my first partially rusticated pipe mod, and also the first one featuring a wooden insert on the stem.

For the bowl, I used Algerian briar with an orange stain and a carnauba wax polish. The mod is equipped with an Aspire Nautilus X atomizer—so far, one of the most user-friendly MTL devices I’ve tried.

The Little Bastard is also my first pipe mod designed for an 18500 battery.

  • Cherry Barrel e-pipe

    Cherry Barrel e-pipe

This is my second attempt at building a handy, classic-looking pipe mod.

The Cherry Barrel e-pipe is made from aged oak, with a briar ring positioned just beneath the Joyetech eGo One V2 2ml atomizer. I applied several layers of cherry stain to highlight the natural grain, and finished it with a smooth carnauba wax polish.

The battery chamber is designed for a single 18350 cell.
