Hi! My name is Epos, and I craft pipes. Mostly e-pipes, which are mechanical vaping devices shaped like classic tobacco pipes. But not exclusively! I still make traditional tobacco pipes, which were my first crafting experience, and nowadays I also create herbal pipes.

  • Volcano Hunter e-pipe

I had been struggling to design a pipe that could accommodate a long atomizer. On a typical (classic) pipe, mounting a 50 mm atomizer tends to look quite awkward. But there is one style of pipe that can handle even longer ones—German hunting pipes. They turned out to be the perfect inspiration for this challenge.…

  • Little Bastard e-pipe

The Little Bastard e-pipe is my first partially rusticated pipe mod, and also the first one featuring a wooden insert on the stem. For the bowl, I used Algerian briar with an orange stain and a carnauba wax polish. The mod is equipped with an Aspire Nautilus X atomizer—so far, one of the most user-friendly…

  • Cherry Barrel e-pipe

This is my second attempt at building a handy, classic-looking pipe mod. The Cherry Barrel e-pipe is made from aged oak, with a briar ring positioned just beneath the Joyetech eGo One V2 2ml atomizer. I applied several layers of cherry stain to highlight the natural grain, and finished it with a smooth carnauba wax…

  • Black Pot e-pipe

The Black Pot e-pipe was designed to resemble a “classic” tobacco pipe as closely as possible. It was also my first experiment with a brushed surface. The base material is aged oak. I accented the bowl with a white stone ring placed just beneath the eGo One atomizer. The wood has a black stain and…

  • Duder e-pipe

The Duder e-pipe was inspired by the MacArthur corn cob design. I crafted it from the highest quality Algerian briar. The bowl is accented with a white stone ring just beneath the Wotofo Serpent Mini RTA. To highlight the grain, I used several different stains, and the wood is smoothly finished with carnauba wax. The…

  • Burnt Tulip e-pipe

I made this Burnt Tulip e-pipe from the highest quality Tuscany briar, and I was curious to see how the rough surface of the root would look on a finished pipe body. I think it turned out quite well. I accented the bowl with an oak ring positioned just beneath the CUBIS Pro Mini Atomizer.…

  • Balanced V e-pipe

I’ve shaped the Balanced V e-pipe so that it can stand on a table by itself. It’s also my first pipe made from oak. I was pleasantly surprised by how interesting the wood grain became after sanding. To highlight the design, I added a white stone ring just beneath the Augvape Merlin Mini RTA atomizer.…
